If, before the full order payment is made and the exact dress is placed with the designer, your circumstances or choice change, the £250 deposit can be transferred towards a different gown within the boutique. Once the 50% order payment has been received and the exact dress has been placed with the designer, the order is confirmed and changes can no longer be made.
What Happens After You Say Yes to the Dress for a New Order?

For a made-to-order dress, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance is then due on collection, within 30 days of us notifying you that your gown has arrived and is ready to collect from the boutique.
